HOW TO GET STARTED
Step 1:Go to the Catering Calculator Table of Contents
Step 2:Select the menu appropriate for your event.Simplicity Service is for informal, yet dignified, events where single-use serving utensils and serving trays are preferred. Signature Service is for formal business or private events requiring premium, distinguished service, which has been a hallmark of Tasteful Events for many years.
Step 3:Review all of your possibilies, and start clicking!Try different combinations to find the right menu at the right price. No more "Two items from Column A and Two items from Column B." You can order any items that will make your guests or clients happy. You may select or deselect items as you wish. The cost per item per person is indicated in the window to the right. Your total is calculated at the bottom. Suggestion: If you make changes, you should click the "Reset" button at the very bottom of the page for the best results.
Step 4:Scroll down to see your estimate.A. If you are satisfied with the estimate -- Click "Submit This Estimate" to transfer your selections to our email form. B. If you are not Satisfied -- DON'T GIVE UP! Click "Submit Ideal Estimate" and our e-mail form will provide you the chance to submit your ideal budget or suggest changes. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
Step 5:Complete the Online Estimate FormThe essential items are noted, such as contact name, phone and date of event. This will allow us to begin processing your request so that one of our event-planning representatives can contact you. Suggestion: Review the abbreviated item descriptions to ensure it is accurate. If it is not, hit the "back" button and reset your calculator.
Step 6:Add any Comments, Questions or Special RequestsIn the comment box, include questions, such as ingredients for food-sensitive guests, special instructions or a description of your event.
Step 7:Send It!Our representative will call within 1-2 business days to discuss your event. Important: By sending this e-mail form, you are not obligated to hire Tasteful Events, Inc. You are simply requesting that a representative contact you to provide assistance, and that is when you can finalize your order.
